You can wishlist it! Create your own wishlist by clicking on the ‘heart’ symbol next to every product. If you’re logged into your account (we highly recommend!), your wishlist automatically gets recorded and you can access it anytime.

What warranty does Malhotra Furnishers have for its products?

The warranty we offer differs from product to product, based on the materials used. Please refer the Warranty tab on individual product pages for warranty details.

Can I see the products before I buy?

Probably it won’t be possible to see the product before buying it in most of cases because we manufacture the products on customer order only. Still in some case it may be possible. It depends on the type of product you are interested in. For more details regarding your desired product’s availability before order, contact us.

We usually do deliver products much earlier than the date shown on the site.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you must have any of one account from, Facebook, Twitter or Google+ before placing your order.

What is the difference between Billing and Shipping Details?

Billing Details – The details which will be mentioned on the invoice while creating a new order.

Shipping Details – The details on which the ordered product will be delivered.

Note : Both can be same in some cases.

How can I change the details mentioned while placing the order?

If by mistake you have entered wrong address, email or phone number while placing the order, immediately contact at and request them to update the details.

Do you offer Payment on Delivery options (Cash / Card)?

No, at this point in time, we do not offer cash on delivery/card on delivery as payment options.

What are the payment options which Malhotra Furnishers provides me?

At Malhotra Furnishers, you can shop with any of the following options:

  2. Debit Card for more than 50 banks.

How do I buy an Malhotra Furnishers product on EMI?

You can buy an Malhotra Furnishers product with EMIs using your Credit Card. Make sure you must have the credit limit in your credit card more than the cost of your product order value. Your Credit Card bank will convert your purchase into EMIs. This is totally in between you and your credit card bank relationship.

What should I do if a transaction fails?

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:

  1. Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
  2. Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process

Will I be asked to share card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?

The Malhotra Furnishers team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

Does store my card or account information? does not collect or store your account information at all.

Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by PayU and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us. However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.

What should I keep handy for my online transaction?

  1. For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.
  2. For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.
  3. For Net Banking you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

What shipping methods are available?

Shipping via personal transport is available and the charges of shipping depends on the weight and size of the product as well as the location of delivery. It varies product to product.

Do these prices include delivery also?

Our delivery and installation services come free for serviceable pincodes ONLY! No additional charges for those. We will install it too, for you.

For specific orders and locations our team will update you about shipping charges if applicable.

How do I place an order?

Easily you can select any product of your choice from “Malhotra Furnishers Shop“. In this page you can see the Product Categories, Price Filter etc.

Once you have finalized the desired product, select the quantity and click on “Add to Cart” button. It will lead you towards Checkout page.

On checkout page you can revise the quantity of your ordered product, you can use the coupon code if you have any.

Also you can add more products to your checkout page cart by clicking on Continue shopping .

After doing any change in selected products or quantity, don’t forget to click on “Update Cart” button.

Once your order is confirmed with specific products and quantity, click on “Proceed to Checkout” button.

You can fill all your shipping and billing details and check on “Create your account”, you will get your account. Also here you can see the option “Login with social media”, to save the time, you can opt any of 3 options i.e Facebook, Twitter or Google+. Then provide the proper billing and shipping details. Select the mode of payment and “Place Your Order”.

After clicking on Place Your Order button, you can choose to pay via credit card, debit card, net banking, selected wallets & UPIs. Along with this you have direct bank transfer option too. In this option you have to deposit the amount in company’s bank account and send the deposit slip via mail to to confirm your order.

How long will it take to get my order delivered?

Same city order usually delivered within 20-25 days. And out of station order delivery usually takes 30-40 days to be delivered.

After dispatching the order, we share the dispatch details with customer. Customer can track the order with the help of dispatch details.

How do I track my order?

You can track your order by putting your order number and billing email id on “Track Your Order” page. Here you will be able to get the status of your order.

How do I cancel my order?

For any cancellation requests, you may write to us at You can cancel your order for any product (except Made-to-Order products) before delivery/installation (as applicable).

In case of cancellation of any Made To Order product (“MTO”) within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. Post the 24-hour window, you will be charged 25% of the order value as a restocking fee.

Post-delivery/installation (as applicable), you will be charged 100% of the order value for cancellation. We can’t take cancellations or returns of our products which are specially manufactured as per order.

When will I get the refund?

In light of present scenario, all cancellations, returns & refunds shall be taken up on a case to case basis.

What if there is a defect in the product on delivery? Will I get the replacement in the same price, or will I have to pay full price?

Absolutely! If there is a defect in the product on delivery, we take full responsibility. We will send out a replacement for you. No additional charges too.

Unless you choose a different product (whose price is higher than the previous one), we will request you to pay the difference in price. But if the price is lower, we won’t be able to do a cash back or refund of the difference.
